Quick-Ticket
Help
Using
Quick-Ticket for the first time?
You must be familiar
with Quick-Ticket's instructions, rules and limitations to be certain
your excavation notices are successfully transmitted to the appropriate
member utilities. Please download and retain the following:
- Read
our Quick-Ticket Guidelines to learn what types of information the
system needs to process tickets, and how to enter the data correctly
in each field.
- Quick-Ticket will not recognize a street name unless you enter
acceptable street suffix abbreviations (i.e. St, Rd, Ave, Blvd,
Pkwy, Tpke, Ln). The system will reject a ticket if the street name
suffix is not abbreviated properly. Please keep our Acceptable
Street Suffix Abbreviations List as a guide.
- Please download
and photocopy our Data
Collection Form to assist you in providing the
necessary information for a Dig Safe ticket before you apply.
If
you have difficulty using Quick-Ticket, we're here to help! To troubleshoot,
