Quick-Ticket Help

Using Quick-Ticket for the first time?

You must be familiar with Quick-Ticket's instructions, rules and limitations to be certain your excavation notices are successfully transmitted to the appropriate member utilities. Please download and retain the following:

  1. Read our Quick-Ticket Guidelines to learn what types of information the system needs to process tickets, and how to enter the data correctly in each field.

  2. Quick-Ticket will not recognize a street name unless you enter acceptable street suffix abbreviations (i.e. St, Rd, Ave, Blvd, Pkwy, Tpke, Ln). The system will reject a ticket if the street name suffix is not abbreviated properly. Please keep our Acceptable Street Suffix Abbreviations List as a guide.
  3. Please download and photocopy our Data Collection Form to assist you in providing the necessary information for a Dig Safe ticket before you apply.

If you have difficulty using Quick-Ticket, we're here to help! To troubleshoot, call us
at 877-DIG-SAFE Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm.

Important! Quick-Ticket WILL NOT Accept:

If the work is beyond 1320 feet, you must apply for the ticket by phone at 888-DIG-SAFE, so a Customer Service Representative can draw out the parameters of your work accordingly.

  • New Streets, Sub-divisions and Condo Complexes – Contact us at 888-DIG-SAFE for locations that are not reflected on our digital map. Our Customer Service Representative must draw out these types of locations on our digital map to notify the appropriate utilities.

  • Blasting and ‘State Permit Only’ tickets- Quick-Ticket can only process permits for excavation work.
